Culinary Symbols 2025

Culinary Symbols brings together photographic works that use food as a visual language. Ingredients, everyday products and familiar forms are arranged with precision and restraint. The images do not illustrate recipes and they do not explain themselves. They observe how cultural meaning, memory and association emerge through composition, color and reduction. The series moves between still life, symbol and quiet provocation. What is shown remains recognizable. What it stands for is left open.
