Preparation step 1 Potatoes peeled in salted water with caraway seeds.
Cook potatoes
Cook the potatoes in a pot with salted water until soft.
I like to add caraway seeds and parsley stalks for the taste.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the roast minced meat.

Provide ingredients
Place the ingredients in the kitchen. Preheat the oven to 200°C hot air.
Preparation step 3 Soaked rolls for meatloaf.
Soak bread
Cut the bread rolls into cubes and pour over the boiling milk and soak.
Preparation step 4 Finely chop the garlic, onion and parsley for the meatloaf.
Cut ingredients
Finely dice the peeled onions and garlic, finely chop the parsley.
Chop the anchovy fillets finely.
Preparation step 5 Onion and garlic finely diced while sweating in a saucepan.
Prepare onions
Sweat the onion and garlic cubes in a pan for 3-4 minutes with a little sunflower oil and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Preparation step 6 Minced meat with egg, parsley and mustard in a bowl.
Prepare meat mass
Put the minced meat, parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic and onions as well as chopped anchovy fillets in a bowl.
Preparation step 7 Meatloaf mass or meatloaf batter in a bowl.
Supplement bread
Add the soaked, squeezed out bread cubes to the minced meat.

Mix mass
Mix the minced meat mixture with your hands.
Preparation step 9 Flat bunny shaped into an elongated loaf in a roaster.
Shape roast
Moisten the hands with cold water and form an elongated loaf.
Place the minced meat in the oiled roaster.
Smooth out the roast again and place in the oven on the middle shelf.
Cook at 170-190°C for about 45 minutes.
Prepare Capersauce
Preparation step 10 Roux with butter, diced onion and flour
Prepare sauce
Sauté the diced onion in the butter and prepare a roux with flour.
Preparation step 11 The roux with white wine, broth and cream.
Sauce cooking
Deglaze with cold white wine, add vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
Slowly pour the cream into the boiling liquid.
Preparation step 12 Quarter the peeled tomatoes and cut out the core. Cut the tomato pulp into strips or cubes.
Prepare tomatoes
Cut the tomato in half, cut into quarters, add the core to the sauce and mix with a hand blender.
Cut the tomato skin thinly and cut tomato cubes for decoration.
Preparation step 13 For the lemon risotto you need finely grated lemon peel. Use a fine grater. When choosing the lemon, pay attention to organic quality and untreated peel.
Lemon supplement
Refine the sauce with freshly grated lemon peel.
Preparation step 14 Add the capers to the prepared light sauce.

Add the capers to the sauce, save some capers for decoration!
Finish meal

Peel the cooked potatoes and toss briefly in butter, refine with a little parsley and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

Cut the roast into slices with a moistened knife.

Serve
Arrange the meat loaf slices and potatoes on hot plates.
Add the sauce.
Decorate with tomato cubes and parsley and serve quickly.
Browned minced meat roast fresh from the oven. The cooking time is 45-50 minutes. My oven temperature: 170-190°C hot air. The wrong bunny works best in the oven, not in the pot!
