How To Fry Sausage in the Pan

Step 1: Dry Sausage
If you are in the supermarket now, choose a raw or cooked bratwurst. Any sausage please unpack in the kitchen and dry with kitchen paper.
Step 2: Prepare the pan
You can use an iron skillet, a coated skillet, a copper skillet, or a stainless steel skillet. Heat the pan.
Step 3: Add the Oil to the Pan
For frying sausages, please use heat-resistant oil. These are refined and purified vegetable oils such as Palmin, Ceres, sunflower oil or rapeseed oil.
Step 4: Put the Sausages in the Hot Pan
Place the dry-aged sausages in the pan and reduce the stove temperature to 2/3 of the stove power.
Step 5: Fry sausages on both sides
The frequent turning of the sausages is not necessary. Let the sausages brown, then turn and fry on all sides.
Step 6: Serve Fried Sausages
The sausages are ready to serve. I have prepared a mashed potatoes to go with it.
