Here you will find the relevant steps for a simple vinegar oil marinade
The salad dressing succeeds quite simply, I promise!
Follow this guide…
Prepare Salad Dressing Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
You will need vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, optional mustard and oil.
Put 100 ml vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 4-5 pinches pepper, 2 teaspoons sugar in a bowl.

Prepare Salad Dressing Step 2: Add Mustard
Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of mustard.

Prepare Salad Dressing Step 3: Dissolve Ingredients
Mix the spices in the vinegar and dissolve.
Tone down to taste from the vinegar with a little water.
Add 100 ml of cold water.

Step 4: Stir In Oil
Finally, stir 80-100 g of oil into the dressing.

Step 5: Wash the Lettuce And Spin Dry
The salad dressing adheres well only to dry lettuce leaves.
Wet lettuce would water down the dressing.
The correct sequence is pluck lettuce, wash in cold water, spin dry lettuce, marinate lettuce.
For washing salads you will find extra instructions.
Likewise for lamb’s lettuce clean and wash, this is not spun, but gently dry to preserve the leaf buds.

Step 6: Use Dressing
You can put the vinegar-oil dressing in a screw-top jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
The simple dressing goes well with lettuce and other leaf salads, vegetable salad and sausage salad.
